Jesus’ primary approach to building His church was by developing a few leaders through whom He could multiply His vision, and His main training method was to live life with them.  Life was the classroom…the laboratory.  This does not mean that there was no systematic approach to his seminary.  He did have an agenda, and that life-giving direction is called “the kingdom of God.” It included the great commandment and the great commission.  Life was the testing ground to this reality.

If this coaching approach was good enough for Jesus, when will it become good enough for us?  Could it be that we invest way too much time with the crowd, and not enough time with the few?  It seems that the end result is that we add to the ministry, rather than multiply the ministry. Question: Would you rather to add to your money, or multiply your money?  Question: Does God desire that we multiply the ministry, or add to the ministry?  The answer is obvious.

The desire of Amazing Grace Global Impact Ministry is to disciple the great masses of people by coaching a few.
